Roasted Chili Sweet Potato Chips
These are great with bowls or curries or on their own as a snack with some spicy mayo! The turmeric and chili sneaks in some anti-inflammatory benefits too.

The health benefits of sweet potatoes are no secret and are endless, but just to name a few, these help promote gut health, eye function and brain function and supports your immune system.

Ingredients:

1 Sweet Potato (can sub yams as well)

1tbsp Olive Oil

2 tsp Chili Powder
-
1 tsp Crushed Red Chili Flakes

1 tsp Garlic Powder
-
1 tsp Turmeric
-
Salt and pepper, to taste

Parchment Paper

Knife

Measuring Spoons

Mixing Bowl
Process:

Preheat oven to 400F.

Slice sweet potato into thin medallions (about 1/4 inch thick).

In mixing bowl, mix together olive oil, chili powder, chili flakes, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt and pepper.

Add sweet potato medallions to bowl and mix until all medallions are coated.

Place on parchment paper lined baking sheet and drizzle any excess mixture over top.

Bake for 35 minutes until crispy.
