Hello! Welcome to Omakase: A collection of recipes I enjoy, menus that taste good and feel good.

Let's face it, cooking can be intimidating and labour intensive. But on the other hand, there's no better feeling than bringing family and friends together with a delicious home cooked meal. These menus are simple, easy to create and flavorful.  

​

No fancy tools, no fancy ingredients, no all day prep. My kitchen consists of two pots, a blender, a large and small frying pan, a sheet pan, a cutting board, measuring spoons, a basic knife set, a ladle and a spatula.

​

These menus aren't strictly vegan, gluten free or refined sugar free, but instead focus on whole foods and fresh ingredients.
