I love dessert and I love to end every day with something sweet! That's why a quick, healthy and CHOCOLATEY dessert is a staple in my menus. The banana and nut butter create a smooth, creamy texture, while the blended chocolate chips add a bit of crunch with some chewiness from the date.

1/2-1 Frozen Banana

Splash of Nut Milk

1 handful Chocolate Chips or Cacao Nibs

1 pitted Date

Dried Goji Berries (I like Prana's dried organic Goji berries, or any Prana fruit & nut mix)

Add all ingredients to a blender and blend up.
