Blue Chocoberry Dessert Bowl

I love dessert and I love to end every day with something sweet! That's why a quick, healthy and CHOCOLATEY dessert is a staple in my menus. The banana and nut butter create a smooth, creamy texture, while the blended chocolate chips add a bit of crunch with some chewiness from the date. 

 

A refreshing dessert made with whole foods and ingredients that you can feel good about. Perfect for any chocolate lover!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries

  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Power

  • 1 tbsp Nut Butter

  • 1/2-1 Frozen Banana

  • Splash of Nut Milk

  • 1 handful Chocolate Chips or Cacao Nibs 

  • 1 pitted Date

Garnish Options:

  • Dried Goji Berries (I like Prana's dried organic Goji berries, or any Prana fruit & nut mix)

  • Chia Seeds

  • Chocolate Chips/Cacao Nibs

  • Chopped Walnuts

Equipment:

  • Blender

  • Measuring Spoons

​

Process:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend up.

  2. Pour into a bowl and add desired garnish(es)

  3. Enjoy immediately!
